RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY of specialdelieryforkidz.com
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Special Delivery for Kidz, however, if you have any comments and suggestions on our products, please feel free to contact us. Your input is important to us and we would love to build a relationship with you.
However, if in any case you are unsatisfied with our products, please let us know. Customers shall fill in a Returns and Exchanges form (the “R&E Form”) available here (click to redirect) and send to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the products. Upon the receival of the R&E Form, our customer service will access your request and you shall receive a confirmation email from us based on your request.
Please note that all products to be returned/exchanged must be in sellable state where original tags, care instructions, product labeling, dust bags and boxes (if any) are intact and shall be returned together. Product(s) requested to be returned/exchanged need to be returned by insured and traceable postage or courier services. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns if they send the products via non-insured postage or courier services. Special Delivery for Kidz reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made according this sub clause.
Upon the receival of the returns of product, if Special Delivery for Kidz considers at its sole discretion that a return cannot be accepted based on the condition of the product, the customer has the option to have the product re-shipped as his/ her sole cost; or accept a maximum 5% refund of the product (requested to be returned or exchanged); and or request of returns or exchanges made outside the 7 days of receipt of order may be accepted at the sole discretion of Special Delivery for Kidz.
As much as we would love to compensate your request, the following items are not applicable for return or exchange:
• perishable and edible sensory play boxes
• personalized gift box; and
• product invoiced as “no refund”, “no return no exchange”, or discounted product (whether by ordinary sale, private sale or use of discount quote).
Refunds shall be made only for the original purchase amount on presentation by the customer on the R&E Form with a copy of the original invoice attached. Refunds shall not include initial shipping, taxes and duties. All refunds for your online purchases of products will be made in the form of a Virtual Gift Card (“VGC”) by Special Delivery for Kidz. Cash or credit card refunds are not available. No credit may be issued on credit i.e. products purchased with a VGC will not be refunded or exchanged.
In the case of faulty or damaged item (“Defective Product”), product(s) will be returned to the relevant supplier or for independent assessment by a third party to determine whether the product is properly classified as Defective Product. Product damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the product is determined to be Defective Product, you will be entitled to return the product for an exchange or full refund as appropriate within the circumstances at the sole expense of the Special Delivery for Kidz and/or the Vendor. Please contact Special Delivery for Kidz in respect of any Defective Product within 24 hours by emailing us at email@example.com. Shipping cost on Defective Product will not be charged. Special Delivery for Kidz reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Product before authorizing a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
